How It Works

This section will give you a brief overview of how our pet boarding, dog walking and cat feeding services work.

Initial Contact

Please call us on 0845 838 1807 to make a reservation. Alternatively, you can book online or let us call you. You will have the opportunity to tell us all about your best furry friend and his or her requirements.

Pre-Assignment Meeting

We will arrange for you and your pets to meet your assigned pet carer, either in your home (for dog walking and cat feeding services) or in the home of your pet carer (for pet boarding and doggie daycare services). Using our comprehensive briefing forms, we can ensure that we are advised of every aspect of your pet’s care needs. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your assigned pet carer, we will continue to seek another pet carer until we find someone that you feel is suitable.

Reservation Confirmation

Providing that you are happy, we will request a 25% deposit to secure your reservation.

Balance Payment

The remainder of the balance is payable one calendar month before commencement of the assignment.

Travel With Confidence

Before your trip commences, you are welcome to call us at any time with any questions or concerns that may arise. We will call you 2-3 days before commencement of the assignment to finalise all the details. You can then travel with 100% confidence that your pets will be well cared for until you return home. (Please note that in the rare event that your pet carer becomes sick or is unable to care for your pets due to any other emergency situation, we will notify you immediately and do everything in our power to ensure that alternative arrangements are made with another member of our fantastic team, who you should also have the opportunity to meet in advance.)
