You will always have the opportunity to meet with your pet’s assigned carer before
you agree to place your pets in our care. This meeting will give you the opportunity
to ask any questions you may have and talk through the special care needs of your
pets. You will be asked to complete forms that detail the exact requirements of your
pets, leaving no question about what is required from us. We understand that every
pet is different, and we treat them just as well as they are treated at home, ensuring
that their routines are maintained and that they get loads of love and attention.
Rovers provides an ideal alternative to putting your animals in kennels. When your pets go into kennels or to an unlicensed home boarding service, you cannot guarantee how well they will be cared for. With Rovers, you are treating your pets to a safe, fun, luxury holiday.
